The Whole Housing programme is seeking to appoint an area in the North of England to help lead the way in creating a model response to a diverse range of domestic abuse survivors, in all types of housing tenures and settings.
We are very excited to share that DAHA (Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance) as well as other partners have been awarded funding from the Ministry of Housing, Community and Local Government to deliver an innovative Whole Housing project in three pilot sites across England. We are working in partnership with domestic abuse and housing systems leaders to establish comprehensive housing practices in relation to domestic abuse.
Project work is already underway in London and Cambridgeshire. We are seeking to appoint a third site in the North of England to deliver a one year project from April 2019 to March 2020. We are specifically prioritising the North-East, Yorkshire and the Humber and the North-West including Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
