Victim/witness feedback form:
- ADVANCE advocates or a support worker at court give victim/witnesses who have used the SDVC an envelope containing the following feedback form, a letter from Standing Together outlining why we collect feedback, and an SAE so that the form can be filled in and returned when it suits the victim/witness.This is in recognition of the fact that asking for feedback straight after a court appearance may be insensitive to the feelings and needs of the victim/witness. During 2006-7, Standing Together will conduct a follow-up telephone survey with those who give their consent on the feedback form to further contact.
