DAHA Accreditation Project Lead
Are you an organised and motivated self-starter who wants to make a difference for survivors of domestic abuse? As a partner in the award-winning Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) project, Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse (STADA) are looking to appoint a passionate individual to join our team as a DAHA Project Lead who will work with VIVID Homes through supporting their work to acquire DAHA accreditation. The post holder will lead VIVID’s DAHA accreditation project, manage the process and engage with the wider organisation and partnership to ensure the accreditation is achieved. In addition this post will be working alongside the DAHA team. This will consist of working with social housing providers and local authorities to promote the work of DAHA, to offer support with acquiring DAHA accreditation and any other activity to support the wider team.
STADA facilitates the ground breaking Coordinated Community Response (CCR) to domestic abuse in West London. STADA are DAHA co-founders, alongside Peabody and Gentoo, which was founded in 2014 to promote better practice, policy and research in relation to housing and domestic abuse.
The ideal post holder will have strong organisation, project management and influencing skills. They will have knowledge and experience of housing policy and practice in relation to domestic abuse and for removing the barriers to accessing safe and stable housing.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: One-year fixed term
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Benefits: 25 days holiday and workplace pension
