DAHA Training & Project Officer

Are you an organised person who wants to make a difference for survivors of domestic abuse?  As a partner in the award-winning Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) project, Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse (STADA) are looking to appoint an organised and passionate individual to join our team as our Training and Project Officer to support the DAHA team’s main activities.

 STADA facilitates the groundbreaking coordinated community response to domestic abuse in West London. STADA are DAHA co-founders, alongside Peabody and Gentoo, which was founded in 2014 to promote better practice, policy and research in relation to housing and domestic abuse.

 The ideal post holder will have a strong organisation and communication skills. They will have an interest in housing issues in relation to domestic abuse and for removing the barriers to accessing safe and stable housing.

 This post will support a small, inspiring housing team who are working to transform the housing sector’s response to domestic abuse.

 

 Salary:  £26,000 per annum

 Contract: 6 months to cover a secondment. Possibility of extension if further funding secured.   

Benefits: 25 days holiday (pro-rata) and workplace pension
